Getting started on the first Industry 4.0 steps

Industry 4.0 is here and it's time to take those first steps!

Start with connectivity. Advanced Manufacturing said, "The first thing required for Industry 4.0 is digital connectivity between machine tools and the computers that analyze machine data."

Then move to implementing Industry 4.0 in ways that are easier but make a big impact. For example, reduce machine downtime.

Expand at a pace that is right for you, and you will be moving in the right direction. Take that first step!
