With the current status of the skills market in manufacturing, it's important to retain your great employees! From millennials to those close to retiring age, it's a good idea to make sure your employees have a good work-life balance and feel accomplished at work. You can do this by offering some flexible schedules, promoting a positive culture, and listening to your employees' needs. Industry Week said, "Workers are increasingly valued for their individual contributions to the job as opposed to just being a 'pair of hands.' and much work has been done on how to create a work-life balance."
