The truth is that automation will take over some jobs that people are currently doing - but that's not the whole story. 

Manufacturing Global said, "The working environment is going to become far more demanding and it is going to require far more flexible workers who are well trained and are able to cope with the changing nature of this new, uncertain business world."

Though automation is taking over some jobs, there are far more being created! With the right training and support, employees can move up in to safer, more satisfying, and even higher paying positions due to automation.
