3D printing "growing up"

IndustryWeek says 3D printing is growing up. They said that the widespread use of this technology is, "Just another example of continuous improvement methods that some companies have recognized to reap great success and higher productivity."

Businesses are reporting higher efficiency and growth with the use of 3D printing. One business said it helped them to save 80% on their delivery time! 

The medical field especially is really taking advantage of 3d printing technology. Prosthetics, devices, and even possibly organs will continue to be made through additive manufacturing. 

It's all proof that this technology is growing and maturing throughout the industry!
