APIs & ERP Integration
MachineMetrics has an API that allows developers to build custom integrations into their systems. These API's allow for integrations into ERP. MachineMetrics has built integrations with certain ERPs. Please contact MachineMetrics for more information.
Detailed data is automatically collected from any machine that supports MTConnect, OPC UA, or Fanuc Focas for no additional cost. If the machine doesn't support any of these protocols, custom sensors and an inexpensive off-the-shelf Industrial IoT device can be used to pull data from any machine that reports operation and/or part cycles. We have built custom MTConnect Adapters for FANUC FOCAS, HAAS, Mitsubishi M700 Citizen Controls, Mitsubishi M70, Heidenhain, and Siemens controls. We have experience with many machine types including Okuma, Mazak, DMG Mori, Brother, Tsugami, Citizen, Star, Hanwah, Nomura, Haas, Grob, Sodick, Hurco, Eurotech, Matsuura, Nakamura, Doosan, Hurco, Mitsubishi, and FANUC machines.
