Introducing MaximaOS, the Manufacturing Operations Management Platform Built to Close the Execution Gap

Every plant starts the day with a plan. By mid-morning a tool has failed on a job that was supposed to run clean, a pallet of material is still sitting on the dock, and a setup quoted at forty minutes has run ninety. The plan on the board stopped describing the floor hours ago.
That's the execution gap, and it's never one gap. It's dozens, opening at every step of production, on every shift. Each one costs machine time, margin, or a delivery date, and the longer it stays open the more it costs.

What changes on the floor
Connect once, to the machines and to the ERP. What the control is reporting, what the operator entered, and what the work order says all land in the same place at the same time. Nobody walks the floor to find out why a spindle stopped.
Stoppages get captured and categorized by rule as they happen, and the operator only gets asked when the rules cannot resolve it. No one stands at a kiosk at end of shift reconstructing six hours from memory. Work order status, job tracking, and schedule context stay current with what the floor is actually doing, so a setup that runs long shows up against the schedule while the shift is still running, not the next morning.
Then every shift becomes a record you can act on: which losses cost the most, which standard cycle times have been wrong for years, and where capacity is sitting unused on machines you already own. ERP integration runs both directions, so completed production, labor, and job status flow back automatically and your system of record stops describing a plant that does not exist.
If you run more than one plant, every site is measured the same way and rolls up into one view with drill-down to a single machine. A new site deploys from a template, not as a fresh project.

Max AI runs underneath all of it
MaximaOS uses Max AI, the platform's proprietary AI layer, to rapidly close execution gaps. It draws on live machine data, ERP context, and production history in a single data model, which is what a generic AI has no way to do. Ask a question in plain language and get the chart, the dashboard, or the production answer in one click. No report to build, no analyst to wait on. Because Max AI reads your machine data, your jobs, and your ERP context together, the answer reflects your plant rather than a generic model's guess about manufacturing.
The Core Four out of the box, and room for the rest
MaximaOS brings together the Core Four, the capabilities the industry has largely agreed every MES needs: work order management, schedule intelligence, OEE and production analytics, and downtime tracking. You should not have to build any of it.
What makes ours different is the foundation underneath. Our MES runs on data captured directly from your machines and connected systems, not on what someone remembered to key in. Your operators get one place to work instead of a line at the kiosk and a clipboard.
Most plants also run a handful of workflows nobody else runs: the way you stage fixtures for a family of parts, the check your quality team runs before a lot ships, the shift handoff that lives on a whiteboard because no software ever fit it. Until now, closing one of those gaps meant living with it, standing up another disconnected system, or a development project measured in months.
Carbide, how you build on the MaximaOS Build layer, is now in early release: an MCP server that connects AI agents directly to the platform, a library of manufacturing UI components, a custom data layer, and an agent plugin, starting with Claude Code. Describe the workflow, and what comes back is a working application inside MaximaOS, on the same screens your operators already use. Nobody on your team writes a line of code, and real code is what you end up with. It's yours, so when the process changes next quarter, the application changes with it.
Underneath Carbide is that custom data layer. Most software asks you to describe your plant in its terms: its fields, its part numbering, its idea of what an inspection is. Carbide works the other way. You model your operation the way you actually run it, your fixtures, your part families, your inspection steps, the names your people already use. That model is also what Max AI reasons over, so the more precisely your factory is described, the more useful the answers you get back. Applications run inside your own environment and controls, with the same users and permissions as the rest of the platform.
