Connected Manufacturing Worker

YOUR BEST SHIFT,
EVERY SHIFT.

Workforce capability is the constraint on modern manufacturing, and it isn't just a hiring problem. ShopPulse brings automation, AI guidance, and your own processes to every station. Lift workforce performance and give operators everything they need to win the shift.

BUILT FOR THE WORK
OPERATORS ACTUALLY DO.

Automated where the machine knows the answer. Guided where it doesn't. Configured to your process either way.

The job comes to the operator, not the other way around.

The current job, what's next, live progress against order quantity, and an ahead-or-behind pace indicator, so an operator knows where they stand without asking anyone. Counts and cycle times come from the machine control, and idle events are categorized in a single tap. Sign in by name, PIN, or badge.

Your best operator's answer, available to everyone.

Job documents and setup sheets surface when a job begins, always the current revision. Operators ask MaxAI a question in plain language and get the answer from your own documentation instead of waiting on the one person who knows. Setup runs as its own mode with expected timers, and pauses and resumes when a changeover spans a shift.
Getting started

Tailored to each operation.

Stations are configured by role and by machine, so each operator sees the fields and actions their work requires. Help buttons are yours to define, from supervisor to maintenance to quality, and route a request without the operator leaving the machine. For workflows specific to your operation, your team builds the app in Carbide and deploys it to the station.

Scrap and first articles handled where the part is made.

Reject quantities are captured with required reason codes, tied to the job, operation, and machine that produced them. First article inspection routes the first piece to a central quality queue, with live status at the machine so the operator knows whether to wait. Records export for ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949.

Nothing learned on one shift gets lost on the next.

At clock-out, operators add notes by text or voice. MaxAI turns them into a structured handover grouped by machine, and the incoming operator sees it at sign-in beside their assigned work. Every fix and workaround becomes part of what the plant knows instead of leaving with the person who found it.

Assembly, inspection, and finishing run the same loop.

Most execution systems only reach the work with a spindle attached. Manual Stations bring assembly, inspection, and finishing into the same interface with the same ERP sync, so the work between machines stops being the part nobody can see.

See It In Action

Released orders and routings come in from your ERP. Labor, counts, and scrap go back the same way. Supervisors see every job and every idle minute as it happens, so the numbers leadership reports come off the machines instead of end-of-shift paperwork. THE RECORD MAKES ITSELF.

TESTIMONIALS

THE FLOOR DECIDED IT WAS WORTH KEEPING.

Three plants where the tablets stopped being something management installed and became something operators ask for when they stop working.
Explore Case Studies

FOUR MACHINES. THE LOAD OF TWO.

"In the early days, we were two machines to a person, and we've been able to grow that to three, in some cases four per person. That journey is all about how we design a path so the machinist is running four machines, but the mental load is just running two."

- Bill Berrien, Chief Executive Officer

A COMPLETE ONE EIGHTY.

"Before, it was just like, why is there a tablet there? Now it's like, my tablet's not working. I need my tablet. It's a complete one eighty from where we were."

- Efren Escobar, Director of Operations

NOBODY WANTED TO GO BACK.

"Once we moved away from manual paper entry, no one wanted to go back."

- Dennis Mursoi, Continuous Improvement Manager
