    Appealing to a new generation

    Bringing in fresh faces and new talent is important - especially with the shortage of manufacturing workers these days. Millennials as a whole reported that manufacturing was their last choice of industry to work in. We think they are just misinformed! Manufacturing is an exciting field that is growing and changing - and needs to be portrayed as such! Industry Week says promoting stability and technology is the way to go. “Generating awareness around the state-of-the-art technologies and innovation that manufacturing relies on, provides companies an opportunity to compete with the appeal of Silicon Valley jobs. . . By bringing the use of tech to the forefront, manufacturers can actively change the inaccurate perception of an outdated and dirty workplace.”
