Digital I/O captures activity, cycles, and states from equipment with outdated controls or no network interface at all, using I/O modules and gateways that fit the electrical reality of older machines. And where a machine's part counts are unreliable or absent, Virtual Part Counter learns its production pattern per job and computes accurate counts algorithmically, including historical backfill.
