This is eight percentage points lower than the national average of 33% employee engagement, making it the least engaged occupation across the U.S.” To boost workplace culture, you first have to create the right culture so focus on getting to know your employees and reducing stress. Focus on communication, allowing more control of work, creating accountability, making sure your employees know they matter, being available, and being engaged.
