    Have you heard of standardized work?

    It has to do with keeping the order in which tasks are done documented. Convergence Training said, "You can think of standardized work as defining who does the task, when they do it, and how they do it."

    When working on this, you'll look at a few lean elements - takt time, work sequence, and in-process inventory.
