We made job imports easier! Removes default_idealcyclectime from the required field in Job Import. Uses default_expectedparttime for defaultidealparttime if not provided. For machine-specific settings, uses default_expectedparttime for expectedparttime if not provided. idealparttime on a machine falls through to default_idealparttime, then to expectedparttime on that machine, then to default_expectedparttime if none of the others are provided. Yes, that's a mouthful, but it means less variables are required to import jobs via csv. Fear not! You don't need to change anything on your csv imports if you don't want to.
For all you API lovers: we added `csv` and `flatten' capabilities to the downtime API and the quality API. POST to your heart's desire.
