There is a stigma about the term "blue collar" - and there shouldn't be!
Industry Week said, "The reality is those jobs are necessary to making and maintaining the things we live in and use every day and will use in the foreseeable future."
These jobs are important and require high skill levels. Plus, they are in high demand right now.
Let's be proud of the term blue collar!
