Karl Storz, a family-owned company headquartered in Tuttlingen, Germany, is a leading provider of reusable products for endoscopy and related medical technologies.

At the Franklin, MA facility, President & GM Bruce Watkins oversees the production of flexible endoscopy products to support minimally invasive surgery for neuro, airway, intubation, and urology.

Previous to working with MachineMetrics, Bruce's team used Excel for collecting and managing production data. They tested alternative solutions but quickly grew out of them, upon which they began working with MachineMetrics to enable a true enterprise system to support data collection and analysis efforts.
