At UGN, sustainability means, "Minimizing waste to improve efficiency, add value, and refine the manufacturing process for our automotive products when and where we can." Another important part of their philosophy is that the decision isn't lean manufacturing OR industry 4.0. Right now, the best answer is BOTH!
