MachineMetrics’ Commitment to You During COVID-19

MachineMetrics’ Commitment to You, Our Customers and Community, During COVID-19

As the COVID-19 continues to spread, our thoughts go out to anyone who has been infected or impacted. We hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues are safe and well, and are taking the necessary precautions to keep it that way.

Schools, borders, events, gatherings, and workplaces are being closed at a rapid pace. It’s an uncertain and ever-changing situation. Some of the concerns we’ve heard from our customers and partners this week include how to best keep their employees safe, and mitigate the risks to their business as this pandemic unfolds.

During this time, MachineMetrics has decided to have all employees work remotely for the remainder of March and beyond, for the benefit of their safety and well-being. We have a business continuity plan in place and are extremely confident that our engineers and support teams have the resources required to ensure that our product remains fully functional.

Our Account Managers are also fully prepared to ensure that they are as accessible to customers as they would be if they were in the office. The service we provide our customers will not be compromised, despite the obvious challenges right now.

For digital companies like us, the impact is significant but manageable. For manufacturing companies, this is a less feasible scenario. We have spent the past days focused on ways in which we could better help our customers at this time.

First, we’re offering financial flexibility options to our customers while factories are not in operation and machines are not being utilized. We hope that this will ease the burden during this difficult period.

In any time of economic uncertainty, there is an even greater need to be well-informed, in order to make smart business decisions for the good of your organization.

Over the coming days/weeks, our data science team will be focusing their efforts on reporting the impact of Coronavirus on the manufacturing industry as we believe we are one of the only, if not the only, company to be able to provide accurate data and guidance to business owners, economists, and the public right now on manufacturing. We’ll be making this information regularly available on our blog and through social media with the goal of providing as much insight as we can to our customers and the manufacturing community as a whole.

Next Wednesday, March 25th. we will be hosting our first of what we hope to be many free digital panels to discuss the Impact of Coronavirus on the manufacturing industry

This moment reminds us that we’re all connected like never before. On behalf of all of us at MachineMetrics, we’re committed to being your partner and persevering together in all the days and years ahead.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions or if we can do anything else to support you. Stay safe, and as always, thank you for your business.
