    According to some research, manufacturing employee training is not where it should be across the board. 

    In fact, Industry Week reported, "In manufacturing and logistics, 37% only receive training a few times per year and that training is only 58% effective. Additionally,  34% of manufacturing employees said they are trained on the wrong things that don’t help them do their jobs."

    We get it, it's hard to manage a business with many employees doing a lot of different things. Looking at those numbers, however, it's easy to see an opportunity to increase efficiency!

    Taking a little more time to train your employees well and assess what they need to succeed could very well make them better at their jobs and benefit you in the long run!
