    Why does everyone seem to hate meetings so much? They are vital for forward movement and growth in a business.

    Industry Week said, "Instead of creating a forum for productive conflict to be surfaced and resolved, meetings are often just hour-long displays of the power and politics on your team. The actual work of discussing options and coming to a solution is relegated to side conversations and the dreaded meeting-after-the-meeting."

    The key is to make meetings productive. Set goals and try to not push things aside for later. Keep the focus on productivity and solving problems together!
